Unhappy The Group Won't Go Away!

I'm sorry if this has been posted before. I'm in a bit of a rush to get this project done.

I'm using Pro Tools LE 8 to do a school project and somewhere along the way I made a group. Idk how or even how to get rid of it. I want to be able to work with each track and each slider individually.

The group name is "<ALL>" and I did not make it (well at least not on purpose, but I thought there was an "<ALL>" group in every new project). I tried to hold down the left mouse button on the group name, but there's no delete option. As a quick remedy I modified the group's settings so that it wouldn't bother me while I was editing, but if I want to mix I have to go back into the group and change the settings so I can mix. I tried using "Suspend All Groups" but it didn't work the way I wanted it to.

How can I remedy this issue? Thanks for your help!

all is always in every session by default. Just click on "all" on the bottom left of the edit window and it'll disable. or hit cmd+shift+g to disable all groups while you edit.
