Does Pro Tools TDM 6.4 and higher compensate for sample delay in RTAS plug-ins?[208065]

RTAS Plug-Ins fall into two categories: Most RTAS Plug-In reports 0 samples of delay. In this case, since the input to RTAS plug-ins is an audio track (rather than an aux track), we pre-process the audio before we play it out. So, you get RTAS processing with no apparent sample delay. There are some RTAS plug-ins that report > 0 samples of delay; Maxim is a great example. If you insert an RTAS Maxim you'll notice that it reports 1024 samples of delay. In this case, Pro Tools will adjust for the HW BUffer Size processing delay, and AutoDelay Compensation will adjust for the reported plug-in delay.

Does this apply to Mix systems?
I know HD has PDC but im running PT 6.4.1 on mix and this says 6.4 or higher,
