Default XPand.DAT- where is it?

Since upgrading to the last version of XPand, I have been unable to use this instrument. The plugin loads bit complains that it cannot find XPand.DAT. The CD installer stalls. This happened the very first time I used it, but the plugin worked fine then- the upgrade seems to have damaged the existing install.

And yes, I did the manual install so that XPand can locate the presets.

So can someone please tell me... where do I find the .DAT file? This obviously contains all the PCM samples.

Thanks!

Default Re: XPand.DAT- where is it?

It should be located at MacHD>Library>Application Support>Digidesign.

You may need to install and run the 'Set Content Location' program so that Xpand will be able to locate the library properly, especially if it's not in the default location.

If you don't see it there, you can always do a search on your computer for Xpand!.dat.
