ProControl feature request
You know the unused snapshot button? Well, I gotta way to put it to use... for selecting between playlists.
Picture this: You are working on a vocal track. You select the vocal track with the select button. The track has 10 playlists. You hit the snapshot button on the channel matrix. The first 10 lights of the channel matrix flash, except for the first one, which is solid, indicating that the first playlist is active. You swap between playlists for that track by selecting the number from the channel matrix. The window above the channel matrix reads the track/playlist name. You could then hit the group "create" button to create a new playlist when the snapshot light is lit. Sound good? I think it would be a huge timesaver. |

Re: ProControl feature request
I use playlists all the time. But I'm sick of the mouse and a microscopic drop down menu. I got this $10K controller in front of me, and when cutting vocals I hardly even touch it.

Re: ProControl feature request
So the suggestion seems a good one then!
