Default Pro Tools Zoom Toggle not making vertical focus

Using Zoom Toggle when the selection is outside the visible area of the Edit Window doesn't bring the track to the visible area. When turning off Zoom Toggle the track disappears again. This has been broken at least since version 2018.4 and it is still present in v.2018.7. Here is a short video:

Yes. I struggle with the same thing. I didn't even realize that this was a new issue. I just assumed that this was weird PT thing all along. We need a way to easily center the screen on the selected item.
