Upgrading questions
Ok, so I have a Pro tools HD11 bundle license that I was planning on selling. I also have a separate Pro tools 10 standard on my iLok. I was going to use this version of Pro-tools to upgrade to the 2020, but I don't know where my license is? My friend transferred it to my iLok years ago, so I don't know what the license number is...
Will i still be able to upgrade if i don't have my license number, but I have pro tools 10 on my actual iLok?

Upgrading (Crossgrade to Subscription or Update Plan Reinstatement from a Reseller) is based on your iLok license. Check your iLok account (ilok.com or in iLok License Manager) for the Pro Tools 10 license.
