Default Contest here.

No prizes or nehting. Its to help me and any other person here who dabbles in hip or r&b instrumentals (even if u dont it still could be fun).

I got a couple samples and I jus wanna see who can make the best sounding break beat out of em. Please participate it'll only take a little bit and it will help me a ton with my perspective of samples and how to arrange them. <p> Here they are.

holy crap someone actually did it!!!! MORE PLEASE!! I'm really interested in the different ways people make these samples into a beat. It's not gonna hurt u to try.

(DaBastard) thx bro. that is exactly wat im looking for. U flipped the samples in a totally different way i did. Im starting to wonder if I'm actually good or not.

Something that might increase participation is explaining the method for getting them into the workstations computers-(thanks to daB for the explanation):

Right-click each sample's URL
Choose 'Save Target As'
Create a folder on your audio drive for the sample bits...
Save each one.

I'd never saved wave files like that before, so perhaps it'll be new to others, too.
