So I finally went back to the girlfriend that beats me (ProTools for Windows), because she looks so hot... and I get 9173 all day long with 12.5.1. Going to try the idea above to uninstall cloud services, if I can.

Can't uninstall cloud services in 12.5.1, from the apps section. I'm going to lay it out for support now, and let you fellas know what I get. We shall see.

Well, they did answer the phone... but it was a non-tech who took my phone number for techs to get back to me on monday. So much for 24/7 support. lol.

Go to "Programs and Features" in Control Panel. Find "Avid Cloud Services" in the list. Right click and uninstall. This is for 12.5. There are no Cloud Services in 12.4.

I've removed the cloud services as I don't have an interest in that feature and it seems to work so far, BUT I haven't had a chance to really put it to work for a long period of time. If this does come back, how do I roll back to 12.4 on Windows 10?

Uninstall your current PT version. Use TRASHER to delete the prefs. And then reinstall 12.4.
