Default BF76 Plug in Meter acting like the light bulb is out?

I've got several Urie/UA 1176 units so I haven't really pushed the BF76 plug in much. I've got a large mix project that is under a time crunch so I've be messing with the plug in to help speed workflow since I don't have to document, print things or dial in a setting when I come back... All that said, am I seeing things or did the VU meter in the plug in just act like the light bulb went out for about 10 seconds and then back on again? Is there something I should know or is this just a cool visual effect? Thanks!

Digi, is this normal? Not that it makes a difference...

I use the BF76 daily and I've never seen it do that. Was this a one time thing or can you reproduce this? As long as the plug still works, you may just have to deal with it.

Just once that I noticed. I'll keep my eye on it. It's still working as expected. Just thought I'd ask. Thanks for you input!

It does this when you "turn it off" in the GUI. Maybe you hit it?

Just turned it off at the plug-in to see if thats what I experienced and it's not. The VU window was dark like it was off but it had a bit of a burned look in the top center. I'm pretty sure I didn't hit anything to get it to happen and then go away. I was adjusting eq on my D Command when I looked up and noticed the VU on the 1176. I had both the eq and 1176 windows open at the time. Pretty weird...

Never seen the BF76 do that, but a friend has definitely "smoked" the Purple Audio MC77 plugin! We are still trying to figure out how to do it again!
