Unexpected behaviour importing elastic tracks
Hi !
I'm trying to import tracks from another session in my current job using "import session data" dialog box. When I select an elastic audio track, the Audio Media Options box switch to "Force to target session format". So I have no choice but converting all the medias from this track ... Both sessions are 24/48. When I select normal tracks only, i can choose the "Link to source media (where possible)" option. Is it a bug from Pro Tools ? From the session ? A normal behaviour (but why?) Thanks. |

Re: Unexpected behaviour importing elastic tracks
Thank you, someone else seeing this issue! Anyone else seeing this? I've got large Post sessions and can't find a combination of settings that will let me link to source audio with elastic engaged. And it switches ALL tracks to convert - couldn't it at least convert only active elastic tracks? HELP!
