M-powered PT transfer of owner ship!!

can some 1 help me... i want to sell my m-powered pro tools.. ive been told to fill in TRANSFER OF OWNER SHIP form... ive read this form and it doesnt read if its for m-powered pro tools as well cuz its asking for harware serial number and stuff while im only selling the software as it comes wiv no hardware part from ILOK dongle..
