Default Testing RAM sticks outside the pc...need advice...

Is there a RAM stick tester on the market, or maybe a known computer place where one can take sticks of RAM to be physically tested?

i take my ram to the local computer show that comes to town and have the ram man check for me-the cpu show is marketshow pro
