Noise Blasts up through PT 12.5.1

Hello, I have this problem and this is serious. I have a new Macbook Pro and new Pro Tools. I was mixing a song when on the guitar channel with two Avid EQ's start sounding a very loud insane noise (the same happened in other sessions on Aux and Master Fader tracks) This issue started when i bought ProTools. I never had a problem like this before. I started a case in the avid web site, but still have no solution. This damage customers, monitors and of course, hearing...
