Default Space AAX DSP performance.

Hello

I'm interested in the latency and how many DSP chips an instance of space is using on HDX.

Anyone got it?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Neil,

One instance of Space DSP takes 49% of a chip with a delay of 33 samples @ 44.1 kHz.

Thanks Andreas

That seems pretty good better than TDM from memory where it could swallow a tonne of chips.

Thats at 44/48 stereo I assume?

Multichannel (5.0) takes up nearly an entire chip.

FWIW, I found the native version of SPACE(in PT11) to be much better(lighter) on the CPU as compared to TL Space(in PT9/10)
