There is no quick EQ fix, because it depends on the song you are mixing. As musicman said, play the whole song (not the piano only) and EQ the piano untill you like it!
Mini Grand tip: get rid of the low "kick-like" sound of the Mini Grand.

Well it's always depending on what you are looking for and really there's no quick way for this. But here's a little guide line. If you are looking to boost a bit of the attack of the piano, maybe hear a bit more of the hammer noise (not that there's any in the Grand Piano) then you will want to boost the mids at about 5khz and a little bit upward, don't over do it though. And the best way to do that is to reduce the lows and highs around the frequency you want. Substractive EQ is always the best because it does not introduce artifacts (yes there is some even in digital, frequencies don't appear out of thin air). YOu can boost your mids until you find the sweetspot then bring them back down to 0 and bring the lows and the highs down by an equal measure of what you had boosted your mids. So if you had a +4 db at 5khz, you would bring everything that is above and below that point down by -4 db while the 5khz remains at 0 db.

If on the other hand you are looking to bring in more air into the piano, then you will want to accentuate the highs above 12khz. Again use good eqing techniques with using subtractive eq.

It is all a listening moment though, so you will have to go and try it out audibly until you find what you wish.

Its hard to know exactly what sound you're after for the particular track you're working on. Usually, though, I use the 7 band EQ that comes with PT and try out the different piano settings as a starting point and tweak from there. I find I can get the eq I want fairly easily that way. That said, mini grand is limited in what it does...but it does have a nice sound. However, that doesn't mean it'll work with all tracks.
