Default Can't start Pro Tools

I installed an upgrade of Pro Tools 10.3. My "get info" on the application file says it is version 10.3.28.

I believe I downloaded starting with this page...

I first uninstalled the old version, then installed the new one with the "safe" option.

Three days later I first tried to start pro tools. Just see a flash of an image, then nothing.

Maybe I installed the wrong version. I don't know how to find the right version.

Thanks a lot for your help.
Bruce

Try re-downloading this:
http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/d...-3-7-Downloads

Be sure to do a complete/clean uninstall before reinstalling

Won't I lose something if I do a complete uninstall? I checked beforehand and followed advice to do a safe uninstall.

Thanks for the help!

Thanks again, Craig. I had downloaded the wrong package. I uninstalled "safe" and installed the correct package as per your note. It's all good.
