where is general troubleshooting thread?
Hi,
I've been trying to find help with results of an Assertion error. I've found lots of threads that say there are instructions for trashing prefs et al. in the "general troubleshooting thread." But I have not found this thread by searching or by simply browsing. Thanks for your help. iMac, Intel Core i3, 3.2 GHz, 4 GB RAM OS X 10.6.8 Mbox Pro, FW800-FW400 adapter cable connection Pro Tools 10; Upgraded to 10.3.2 April 15, 2013
