Multiple hard drive suggestions
I am doing a fresh reinstall of my whole computer from scratch. I would like to ask for advice an opinion on the way You distribute Your content over multiple hard drives.
I am planning to install PT on the system drive (ssd), the sample libraries, Kontakt etc, on a second 7200 drive and dedicate the third drive just for recording. This way I hope to avoid reinstalling all the libraries again in case of a Windows reinstall. Is this a good strategy or do You think that a three drive option is not necesary? What are Your strategies? Any advice greatly appreciated. Piotr |

Re: Multiple hard drive suggestions
I do exactly what you are proposing. An SSD for the system, and two separate spinners (WD Black Drives) for sessions and samples. Then of course a couple of other drives for backups.
