Novation Automap conflicts with FTP

Hey guys!

I have a really strange problem!
My Novation Nocturn and/or the Automap Software conflict with my Fast Track Pro!

As long as the FTP is plugged in, Automap wont recognize the Nocturn.
When i plug in the Nocturn first and THEN my FTP both seem to work.
But when I then start my Pro Tools (MP 9.0.5) it wont recognize my FTP
and show the "Blahblah please connect the Hardware and press OK" Error.

Unfortunately Automap has registered itself as a Rewire Client so it will load up everytime I initialize Pro Tools, which also leads to the same Error with my FTP not being recognised by Pro Tools (even if the Nocturn is not connected).

When I uninstall Automap, Pro Tools will start perfectly. But Im not able to use the Nocturn. (Yes, it is DEAD and UNUSEABLE without Automap)

I use Win 7 64, PT MP 9.0.5, Fast Track Pro (6.0.7) and the latest Automap Software (3.7.4 or so). I also tried the Automap 4 Beta which leads to the same Problems.

Oh and yes, I have performed all the steps described in the "Windows 7 Troubleshooting and Optimisation" Guide.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
