Folder Tracks and S1

When I put tracks into a Basic Folder and close the folder the tracks in the folder are still spilled out across the S1.

Is this normal behavior? I was under the impression that tracks with in a folder would be hidden on the surface unless the folder was expanded.

Is there a new version of Eucontrol that needs to be installed?

I would bet there is a new app version coming. I don't see it in the app store yet.

Not a new ”app”. Maybe and update of the Avid Control Application but that might be a while longer due to the circumstances we are in right now.

It will be posted on the forum when a new release is on the way up.

I think a new Eucontrol would be needed since that is what interfaces PT to the control app.

Exactly a new Eucon Updated Version which is what I said to not confuse people thinking a ”new” App was coming. An update yes and it will come when they are ready to release it

actually this is pretty great that even when a folder is closed, the tracks stay on the eucon controller

please, if you gonna change this, allow us to choose if they are going to disappear from eucon controller or stay there, like it is now

Yes, Eucon 20.4 supports Folder Tracks coming in late April and yes you will have 3 prefs for showing tracks in folders or not in either normal banking mode, layouts or spill.

I am getting an S1 soon

where would be the best place for me to read up (or watch a video?) of how to understand "normal banking mode, layouts or spill" as i am not familiar with these things.
