Renew your Pro Tools upgrade Plan

This is how an email starts from Avid,now I have upgraded my Upgrade Plan on the 2nd of June 2016 and in my account it`s saying that it expires on the 3rd June 2017,but I am not interested in upgrading the support plan.
The email is clearly talking about the upgrade plan.Why?
I`m a bit confused here.

You can verify each in my.avid.com/products. You'll see your Annual Upgrade Plan is Active (through Jun 02, 2017) and your Standard Support is Expired (on Jun 02, 2016).

Does that mean that you have to pay for 2 separate items:

1.) Upgrade Plan
2.) Support Plan

I hope the answer is "No, they're one and the same."

They were originally together ($199) but were later split up so you could purchase the Upgrade Plan and/or the Plug-Ins and Support Plan ($99ea). See the Pro Tools Licensing FAQ for more info.

Hi Jeffro Thanks ,obviously I did that 1st thing,my question is, why the email is not advertising the Support plan in my case,or its a random email sent to everyone?
