NO Ilok code with protools upgrade
Hi,
I dowloaded the latest version of protools last week as my OSx needed updating. I have an Ilok but now it says no licence is recognised, obviously it needs updating but I can't see anything on my account or as part of the download, I've also been waiting on a reply from support since last Thursday with projects I need to get on with - very frustrating! Please help! |

Double check your Avid acc. iLok link.
Then in your iLok account menu. Refresh license Then synchronize your iLok to you iLok account. See if any of this helps. T

I have sorted from the first reply - my ilok account was freezing but re signed in and found the license in there, it is linked to my avid account so no probs there. Silly mistake. I now have a problem in that my midi isn't being seen by protools. I'm using a sapphire for I/O and it's there in the Midi Studio. Might I need a new driver or anything? |
