NO Ilok code with protools upgrade
Hi,
I dowloaded the latest version of protools last week as my OSx needed updating. I have an Ilok but now it says no licence is recognised, obviously it needs updating but I can't see anything on my account or as part of the download, I've also been waiting on a reply from support since last Thursday with projects I need to get on with - very frustrating! Please help!

Double check your Avid acc. iLok link.
Then in your iLok account menu. Refresh license Then synchronize your iLok to you iLok account. See if any of this helps. T

Thank you so much,
I have sorted from the first reply - my ilok account was freezing but re signed in and found the license in there, it is linked to my avid account so no probs there. Silly mistake. I now have a problem in that my midi isn't being seen by protools. I'm using a sapphire for I/O and it's there in the Midi Studio. Might I need a new driver or anything?
