I'm running PTLE 7.4, on OSX 10.4.9 and it works perfectly.
Again, 2nd gen PowerMac G5 - 2ghz Be sure to use the Combo Update if you upgrade your OSX. All plugins seem fine too

Thanks, the word seems to be it is a go...So I guess its time to upgrade...
The question now is.. Is anyone having issues opening older sessions in 7.4??? Hence Im currently running 7.1, am I going to have any issues opening 7.1 in 7.4????? |

Unlike other apps, pro tools is always backwards compatible, so you can open a Pro Tools 4/5/6 session in 7 - you'll have to save as going the other way however.

Upgraded from 10.4.9 to 10.4.11 and PTLE 7.4, Waves 5.9.7.... everything is running solid.
This on a 2.3 dual core. 10.4.11 seems fast. QT 7.4 PTLE running like version 6.7 did... no problems and no CPU spikes. I |
