Cannot install Pro Tools|First
I have downloaded Pro Tools |First 3 times and tried installing it 4 or 5 times but keep getting the following error message:
"Windows cannot find 'PT\setup.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." As I'm clicking on the 'set up' link I'm not actually typing anything myself - could there be a glitch with the download? Is there a 'dll' or similar file missing from the package? Am I missing something from my PC? Any assistance will be gratefully appreciated. Thanks in advance. StevieC

Please try to redownload the installer. Please keep your computer going into sleep mode. And also, try to check your internet connection. An interruption to your connection might corrupt your installer. Best Regards, Tope

Thanks for the prompt reply. I'll try downloading again as suggested and see what happens - as far as I'm aware the laptop doesn't go into sleep mode and as far as I am aware my internet connection is ok ... watch this space as they say!
