PT HD 10.3.9 not recognizing Native HD card

I've just installed PT HD 10.3.9 on a MacPro 8 core Westmere 2.4Ghz, running OS 10.7.5 (Lion). It was an upgrade from 9 (but I haven't installed PT 11 yet). I've tried installing HD Drivers 11.3 and 11.2.2 with no success. Trashed pref multiple times, and did my best on searches here and elsewhere. I feel like this should be an easy fix. Any ideas?.

Hi Drew,
I have the PT HD 10/11 bundle authorized on my ilok. Is that what you mean by assets? The program itself is running fine but the card is not showing up. Is there anything besides the drivers that I am overlooking? Won't be able to troubleshoot with tech support until tomorrow.

On the drivers, does anyone know which HD Native driver for pro tools 10 on a mac running Lion (10.7.5)? Do I need to move to Mountain Lion?

Problem solved by Avid support this morning. The HD drivers for PT 10.3.9 are installed with the Pro Tools installer. Not from a separate file as in PT 11. If I did this more often I'd know better!
