HD native thunderbolt/192 question
Hey everyone, we have a client at our studio right now who is using our three 192s with his laptop via an hd native thunderbolt box. All three 192s are coming up fine and we are able to use all ins/outs. However, channels beyond 1-8 (first 192) are crackling and popping, sounding electrical or like a clocking issue. They are able to pass audio, but with that kind of noise they're unusable. Was hoping that someone might be able to help us troubleshoot. it seems that the second and third 192s are not communicating properly.
We do not get this problem when using our own computer with the he core/accel cards. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks!! |

Re: HD native thunderbolt/192 question
Turned out to be a bad analog input card on one of our 192's.
Thanks! |
