12.6.1 Bounce-To-Disk issues
I just bounced about 10 different stems of a mix tonight by soloing tracks and using the Bounce To Disk feature for each stem. Some were "offline", some where real-time.
Several bounces were out of sync, and one even had the entire mix summed to just the LEFT side of the file, even though only 1 track was solo'd. THIS IS BULL$#!T AVID! And you expect us to settle for a "perpetual license" for 12.6.1 with this kind of crap going on?? WHAT. THE. CRAP????

Re: 12.6.1 Bounce-To-Disk issues
Sorry to hear this. Did you notice a "common scenario" for the bounces out of sync, or was it totally random?
What about Commit? Could that fit into your workflow?

Re: 12.6.1 Bounce-To-Disk issues
I'm having similar issues. All my STEMS (done offline) are WAY LOUDER. My guess is that when you are attempting your ONLINE bounce, you are getting master buss latency. With OFFLINE bounce, from what I gather, PT does the math for you and compensates for the latency and then pull it into your session "corrected". I gather Avid thought that would be inherent in the workflow. However, bouncing online, no. That's why some of your tracks were on, and some off. I tried doing some online and some offline to test how PT treated them as far as VOLUME/PANNING/etc. and that was when I noticed some tracks were way late. As far as MY issue, I have no idea why all my stems, carefully done, offline, would be so much louder than the audio in the session. I hope AVID weighs in on this.

Re: 12.6.1 Bounce-To-Disk issues
Are you running them back through the stereo bus limiter and compressor?
