Pro-Tools Crash Without Dae Error message

I experience time to time crashes on my system, but as of late the crashes have become so consistent that it has become impossible to work efficiently. The most consistent action I make that causes the crash is committing tracks or duplicating them, however it is not exclusive to those actions. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Because I do not get an error message I can not find specifically what the problem is. I have tried reinstalling protools, and tried to find a problematic plugin but to no success (has anyone had any bugs with the uad plugins?).
