I posted about this in another thread. Appears this is the correct thread.

Jeffro - this is happening again. You fixed it for me around this time last month, but apparently the issue only got resolved for a one-month time frame?

I have an annual subscription that is set to auto-renew. The 'Subscription Expiration Warning' is showing up when I launch PT. Tomorrow a paying client is coming in. I can't have PT not working - again - like it did last month.

Did the issue not really get resolved last month? Should I expect to deal with this every single month? I'm paid up. I've always had the automatic debits go through - WITH a confirmation email from Avid that my subscription is active and current.

What is going on?

**UPDATE**

I was able to reach Tope with Avid support, via email. He is working on it.

What I need to know is if I am going to have to go through this every single month, going forward. This is the second month in a row I've had to deal with a perpetual/annual subscription license - set to auto renew - that just expires with no explanation. This is obviously a widespread issue. Can we be notified *before* our licenses start expiring erroneously again - like - if the problem is not fixed come next month?

Hi, if your license is activated on the ilok cloud, please open your iLok License Manager, then Close your iLok Cloud Session, re reactivate. This should fix your on your iLok.

Your license should be all set now. If same error appears, please close your cloud session on your iLok License manager and reactivate. Also make sure your licenses are on your dongle if you're using it.

I am having a license issue with a currently live subscription. I cannot activate the license and the dates are not properly reflected with ilok manager.

Sorry about that. this should be all set now. If same issue occurs and If activated on the iLok Cloud, close your cloud session inside the iLok License Manager, then re-activate.
