How do I know if I am eligible for 4-years of upgrades?

I purchased/registered Pro Tools LE 8 on August 1, 2010.

What do I need to do to get 11 for free? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that the free upgrades deal only started with the release of Pro Tools 9.

I don't remember any free upgrade options when buying 8 but when I purchased Pro Tools 9 from Studica I got the four years free upgrade deal.

I still haven't received my upgrade though - Fingers crossed! Been waiting for this update for a long time. Say hello to 50 channels of Philharmoniks

You should be able to upgrade for a reasonable fee though. I think it's around £99 for the upgrade.

Many of us haven't ... Avid says they are roughly a third of the way through the process, so that means the majority haven't received their emails yet.

There's no point in even thinking about querying it ... a three week process, that if something goes wrong might take even a little longer... time to starting wondering once a month has gone by I reckon.

I haven't yet.

I also "Have Not Received" Mine yet.

Last time it took about 2 weeks for me to get mine.. just a heads up, it may be a bit still considering PT11 just dropped a little while ago.

Hey there,

Purchased ProTools 9 student in june 2011 from sweetwater while I was attending RECW school of audio. And I'm in the "have not received" list too.

I was about to post a question "am I eligible for PT11 upgrade?"
and then found this on avid site:

I'm worried it says "you may be" and not "you are" Will keep my fingers crossed anyway
