Default Bounce in place and full screen video?

Trying out the demo of PT 11.
Nice and familiar, useful updates, perhaps even a tad too familiar at this point
in terms of new workflows for bouncing and rerecording.

I was rather hoping for two pretty basic things:
1. A "Bounce in place" record button on the track. Click and then bounce all selected tracks in place.
We use to re-record stems into tracks and destructive punch in for updates and changenotes.
I of course realize it's pretty easy to workaround this by importing after bounce
but it seems to me there should be a bounce in place feature somewhere down the line? Am I missing something obvious?
There seems to be a potential for a great new workflow here..
2. Full screen video playback on laptops and one-display workstations, omitting
menus and dock.
Dos centavos, FWIW
thanx
