Hey

Sweet tune Never heard that before.

What part exacly are you asking about? At 1.08 - ish there are a vocal without any background music and after that there are several parts from a plugin called "Glitch Bitch" from Here

If you mean a different "sound" than I described let me know which exact part and vocal and hopefully we can assist you there

Best Regards
Christopher

Hi Chris

Thanks for chiming in yep I'm talking about the vocal part with Glitch Bitch on but his vocals seem like they have a widening effect on I have micro shift and waves doubler but mine never sound like that, or is there a strange harmony thing going on underneath the main vocal.

Cheers Raoul

I think there is pitch correction involved, and it contributes perhaps to the effect .

I have very little experience with pitch correction, but I'm guessing something like: they duplicated the track, set slightly different settings on each melodyne plugin, and panned. Perhaps even more that two duplicated tracks.

Do you just mean the stutter effect on the vocal, in the chorus?

Just sounds like they're doing some basic termination, with a reverb after the fact.

I doubt they ran the vocal through a turntable mixer, in order to terminate the signal (basically gating / muting it). I think the vocalist held a sustained note / phrase, and they simply cut a few holes in it, on the timeline.

Hi Carl no I know how to make a stutter effect its the chorus singing in general seems wide/airy hard to explain but i really wanna know how to achieve this :)

I'm not hearing anything particularly wide, or out of the ordinary.

There is a lead vocal, with a mostly 2 part harmony, and some double tracking (any where from 4 to 10 vocal tracks).

They're all very tight in terms of timing, tuned, and compressed. Additionally, there may be some exciting / high frequency parallel compression going on with the highest harmony part.
