Import Session Data query
Call me Mr Stupid,
but I thought that when you did an Import Session Data with the Audio Media Options set to Consolidate from source media all unused audio (bar the handle size each end) would not get imported - even with multiple regions from a master clip. The way I usually work I wouldn't really notice whether this is actually working properly or not. Right now I'm doing a 3 minute recap of a 90 minuter I've just done. When I've created a new session to import just that recap it's pulling in the whole of the 90 minute stem it's cut down from. I did a Shift-Apple-U, Shift-Apple-B before saving the original, I've even tried Compact (though I never used to use that) but on importing I can pull out the whole source stem on any region. What have I done wrong/misunderstood? Thanks, Pete |
