Eleven Rack with Pro Tools 8

So I have the Eleven Rack, have tried it our through an amp and it works great.

Now I want to install the drivers:

I am going to run it through an 003 interface with SPDIF cables with the Eleven Rack hooked up to the USB on the Mac but I assume I still have to install drivers.

When I insert the disk it gives me a number of options of what I can install:
Control Surface Driver
MIDI I/O drivers
Pro Tool HD Drivers
ProTools Fire Wire Drivers

Pro Tools USB drivers

Which Drivers do I install? My thinking is USB but am not sure.

Went to one of the videos and seems I don't need drivers. The Eleven is showing up on the screen. Now how do I make hear it in protools. do I have to hook it to an 003 do with SPDIF cables or can I come out of the main outputs into one of the 003 tracks with an xlr to one of the tracks.

If I do that when I set my input on analog or instrument I don't seem to get anything through to protools.
