Auth Code lost in upgrade?

It's crazy because i've never had a problem with protools on my comp, but my boot files went crazy on me earlier today causing me to have to reinstall the OS.

Now I purchased ProTools 7.4 (With an upgrade to 8) with my Mbox 2 a while back and it so happened somewhere along the way I lost my disc.

I messaged AVID and I got them to send me a digital copy of what I thought was my disc but was just the PT 8 installers. Which was fine, until I just recently had to Reinstall Protools.

I'm left stuck at the AUTH code screen because the 7.X Auth Code i have in my account on AVID is not reading into 8.

any help?

I actually read up some more and found that since i had a Physically copy of the Disc/Auth Code it won't show up in my Account. Is there anyway to get it to?

seeing as my disc/box was stolen its kinda hard to find the physical copy

I actually may have even just LOST the auth code for 8.

because all i have in my account is 7.4, 7.X, 7.0, and 6.X codes.

anyway to get it back?
