Pro tools 10 and xpand 2

i originally bought pro tools 9 then upgrades to PT 10.3.4 then to 10.3.8
in the process i have lost the xpand 2 plugins.
how to i get hold of these?
I tried to install it from the original PT9 cd with no luck

I know 10.3.5 has separate instruments installer why 10.3.8 is that not co install for 11

you are correct there are 2 installers. but how do i get hold of the virtual instruments installer?
i managed to download the upgrade to 10.3.8 but cant find the other plugin installer.
i have been on this site

Hi

The instrument (Air Collection) is in your Avid Account under View My Products and they should be there if you have a license and a legal registered PT.
