Pro Tools 12.4 installer

Hey guys, can anyone help me out with getting PT12.4 ? I have both perpetual and subscription license, I have the newest PT in my account, but i can't find the 12.4 version and I need it badly to install it on my 2nd computer. help anyone?


correction : It's PT 12.5.2 that was the latest working version with my license

So which one do you need? I got lost....

And just for the record if you have an active subscription then you can just open a case and ask them to get you a download- just like that easy.

Could someone help me out with a Pro Tools 12.4 installer. I was on hold for 1 1/4 hours with Avid today before I had to hang up because I had an appointment. I did fill out a support case too earlier today but no reply.

If you are on a support plan you can request that 12 4 version from Avid otherwise sharing versions here isn’t recommended.

If only it were that easy.

I spent 1 1/4 hours on hold yesterday, 1/2 hour and counting today and a support enquiry sent over 24 hours ago. Do Avid actually employ anyone or is it a scam, ha ha!

In all seriousness, by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. It used to be so easy, type 'Pro Tools x.x.x download' into Google, get to the right page and download it, whoever thought it was a good idea to make it far more difficult for customers needs sacking!
