The installer should take care of putting all the files where they are supposed to be in order to make Pro Tools First work properly.

What platform are you on and did you run the installer for PTF?

Yes, reinstall and let the installer put the files where they need to be.

I reinstalled and when I go to the xpand plug in, there is only an organ there. There is supposed to be a ton of instruments? Where the heck are they? I used protools express before this and never had issues with plugins.

If you do a search on the drive you use as main C:/ you should look for a .BIG package and that is where you need to point Xpand2! to so it k ows where to look. I think it is called .big but maybe someone can chime in if you can't find it. On top of the Xpand plugin you have a few dropdowns and there you find the option to point to the .big file for sounds for Xpand2!

Let us know how you get on.
