Help setting up motif 6 as midi controller
I'm trying to figure out how to configure my Motif 6 as a controller for Protools. I have the keyboard hooked up through USB and I went through the Yamaha instruction for how to set the keyboard up to run Protools but something in Protools is not set up right. I am sending and recieving midi just fine just not working as a controller?
Any help thanks

I would hook it up via the MIDI connections. I think the USB connection is only for using Yamaha software. I never got my Motif es8 to work via USB but MIDI works fine.
