Pro Tools 2020.9 crashes 10 sec after starting

After PT 2020.9 First started (all ok) it crashed. I managed to find out, that the file "NetworkInterfaceCog.acf" is causing this problem. See below the error message. I simply removed the file and then PT starts ok. But now, when I restart PT, the projects I am saving have version problems. The proejcts are are saved offline onlie. I don't need the cloud.

I reinstalled PT 3 times already without success. I am running very good laptop with i7, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Win10 Home.

How can I get PT runnning on this laptop?

I also deinstalled AVID CLoud Service which also did not help.
