I have seen those links and there are a lot of kvms on the gefen page. Any of them work?

how far do you need to go
I find that Gefen is the cheapest option that mostly works but I haven't tried the newest stuff

I got this working. It's amazing! Keyboard, monitor and controller all switching at the push of one button on the s6.
