Default No elastic audio regions selected

Why is PT giving me this error message:

"no elastic audio regions selected"

when trying to use elastic audio?

I have enabled it on the track, selected Polyphonic, I now select the region with the grabber tool so that it is highlighted, I then right click the selected region....and I get: "no elastic audio regions selected"

WTF?

Still nobody.....?

OK this is what I have found so far....

If you have 2 regions, and then you group them...it seems that you will not be able to use elastic audio on those regions.

Is that familiar to anybody here...perhaps?

Hey! I came to the same problem also. What I did was instead of using the elastic properties, I used the time shift plugin (attachment shows where to get it). Hope that helps!

EA has never worked on clip-groups, AFAIK. I think it's mentioned in the manual.
