hi i jus bought pro tools m powered and i installed it and when i start it up this error message appears

: could not complete your request because access violation occurred unable to read location: 0x0D, 0F5, A4F at address: 0x75, 155, 74D in module: MSVCR80.dll.

if someone could pleaaaseee help me i would be sooooo grateful
