Errors and restarts with PT7

Can someone please explain what (-28) and (-30) mean when they grace my screen with their presence shortly before I have to hit the power button and restart my computer for the tenth time of the day, No lie, since upgrading to PT7, Avid Mojo, and Expansoin HD, I spend more time troubleshooting and less time getting any actual work done. When PT crashes you can't even FORCE QUIT because it keeps reappearing in the force quit menu. So you have to restart with the power button. Is there any way on God's green earth to make the damn program quit once and for all without a hard restart!!!?????

You guys in the Digi tech department got any openings?? Because with the demand for your services, you must be making a killing.

Please provide as much information about your system as possible - Pro Tools version, OS version, computer model, which cards you have installed and in what order, any other cards installed or peripherals attached, number and types of drives being used, etc.
