Default Anyone running HDX + Avid I/O + Lynx Aurora?

REPOST: I originally posted this is in the PT10 forum instead of the HDX forum..

I just traded my HD3 rig for a HDX system + an Avid 16x16 Analog, and a Lynx Aurora 16. I also have a Digi Sync I/O and a 192 I/O.

I'm trying to get them to play nicely but having a ton of issues. All the Avid/Digi gear works together no problem. When I had the Lynx to the system, I get constant errors saying the number of peripherals has changed, which requires a full system power down (including interfaces) and multiple reboots to get it working again.

Has anyone got this running successfully? How do you have your word-clock cables patched? I have all the latest firmware updates installed for the Lynx but it's giving me no end of grief.

SYSTEM:
Mac Pro 12-core // OS 10.7.3
Pro Tools HDX // Pro Tools 10.2
Sync I/O
Avid 16x16 Analog I/O
Digi 192 I/O
Lynx Aurora 16 / LT-HD card

I have a HDX3 system with 7 HD i/o s and 4 Lynx Aurora 16...

You have to upgrade the firmware to the HDi/o emulating one...

I had the problems you mentioned before upgrading to this firmware.

Right now all working perfectly, and the 4 auroras are seen like HD i/o's.

Thanks for your reply. As I stated in my original post, the Lynx has the latest firmware installed already.

I'm having this problem as well, seemingly appears at random. 10.7.2 10.3.2 (was happening on all 10 i think). Have latest firmware on lynx, lynx is second interface. Waiting on a new connector cable to see if it is a physical problem. Only other area to research is do you use Logic with HDX as core? Sometimes I've seen this when I exit Logic, closing HDX core driver and open tools, then the number of peripherals thing can appear (but as said not every time)

I relaunch the software a couple of times and it's back so I don't have to power down completely so that's different to yours.

Just to be thorough, have you updated the LT-HD card also? I had the same "Peripherals have changed..." error when I hadn't updated the LT-HD card.

Every time I loaded a session with a different sample rate, it gives the error message and I would need to restart the computer. It has gone away now that both the Aurora & the LT-HD have the latest firmware.

Contact Paul at Lynx, he's really helpful.

Thanks Forrester... I have updated both the interface and the LT-HD card.

I received an email from Paul over the weekend with a bunch of info so I'll go through it today and see how it goes.

Anyone been having troubles using H/W Inserts with their Aurora, with regards to Delay compensation, using this new firmware update?

I seem to need to put Time-adjuster plugins on the H/W insert Auxes and delay them by 2 extra samples to get them to "kinda" phase align, as opposed to doing nothing with the old LT-HD firmware. That's at 44.1 & 48khz. At 88.2/96khz it gets really wacky.
