Avid appears to be perfectly happy putting a portion of front line support burden on this guy, and he steps up to the plate on occasion after occasion.

In recognition for this, I would like to request that Avid compensate him with an upgrade of his PT9 license to PT10 for his platform.

Lord knows they've saved $200 letting him handle support e-mails on this forum. And hey, it doesn't cost me a cent to make this request.

I would also like to recommend he receive a free copy of the next Expansion Pack (not that one exists, this is not a forward statement and any mention of this shall render Avid void of any commitments pertinent to the Sarbanes–Oxley Act (boring)).

I'm sorry I was off with the fairies for the last week and missed this thread, because, I don't where I would be right now without Benoni and all his help, YouTube videos (thankgoodness for them they came as a Godsend when I was having trouble with the front panel) and, of course, the 11R patches .

His Youtube videos have inspired me to make a change in my playing, to stuff that I really enjoy listening to - and finally had the courage to ask my guitar teacher to go in that style.

I don't think they've gotten any upgrade yet - and it would cost them less than nothing to do it for the top 10 contributors and if they spent any time on this forum at all they know they help more than several hundred people a year if not thousands
