Default New desktop

Any suggestions? I could use a small dekstop, stationary computer for Pro tools. Should be able to carry around with it. Perhaps something like this, just with a handle:

Think I need a pretty good processor and a lot of ram as well. Perhaps 12 GB, at least 8 as I am using a few virtual instruments. I have 4 GB now but need to restart the computer to free the memory once in a while.
