How to deselect tracks. About to pull out my hair!
Hi all.
Everytime I select an audio track in the edit window, Pro Tools 6.4 immediately selects every track in the session in the same timeline. Would someone kindly advise how to disable this feature. Have gone through the manual to no avail. Thank you VERY VERY much in anticipation.

Re: How to deselect tracks. About to pull out my hair!
Hi Aten,
In the bottom left hand corner of your edit screen there is an arrow pointing inward. Click this to reveal the GROUPS section ( If it's not already open). It sounds like you have the ALL group selected which is a default group in any session that does exactly what you are describing. If that doesn't make sense then read the section on GROUPING TRACKS in the manual. All the best, Big D
