Default Getting back into the Swing. (or, Mojo no show?)

So, Backstory: Used to use PT a bunch because I had a boring job which paid me too much so I built a (rudimentary) studio. Didn't like it, didn't want to become a studio owner so I sold all my stuff and moved to Seattle. Sold the 001 to pay back rent. I've been PT-less for six months, just got an mbox, off craigslist, $300. and Monitor Ones, eBay, $180, shipping included.

Ok, so what the hell is my question already?!?! Well, I don't really have a specific technical question. I just don't know how to use Pro Tools anymore!

I guess I'm hoping someone else has taken a prolonged break from PT and can give me some tips on getting back up to speed. I'm experienced with Photoshop and Quark and aftereffects and other very complicated proffessional level programs, so it shouldn't be an issue, but I just can't get any flow going here. Are there online tutorials that don't say stuff like "14 steps on how to press play"? Are there any .pts files of songs I can download to practice with? I'd like to see what other people do, plus all my files are really sloppy, and everythings' named Audio1. Has anyone created 'scales' or practice methods of some kind for remembering all the exceptionally stupid shortcuts Protools has? (Alt-Shift-3? Start-Alt-Plus? But only the plus on the number pad?)

How can I get good at playing this program again? Where do I start? Help? Mother?
