Default Current Time Locator unable to select all

Question about current time locator in Pro Tools Mp-9. I can not select the entire time code only pieces. There must be a hot key that would allow one to change the setting.

I saw in you tube tutorials you were able to copy the current timecode from the window but I am only able to select individual part of the code. Is there a setting which would allow you to change this?

Watch the video here of the problem.
